Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the department. The responsibilities include:

  • Providing secretarial support to the core team, including:
    • Planning and coordination of meetings
    • Handling meeting logistics
    • Collation and dissemination of meeting materials
    • Taking simple minutes of meeting or file notes when needed
  • Collation and organisation of data, including:
    • Returns from information requests.
    • Generation of statistics for reporting and submissions
  • Assisting in the department's administrative matters, such as establishing and maintaining the records of official documents and correspondence.
  • Maintaining records of department assets, such as IT equipment and office supplies.
  • Raising of invoices for payment.
  • Any other administrative duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline, with preferably at least 1 - 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Systematic and meticulous.
  • Self-motivated and strong problem-solver.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple assignment and work effectively under tight deadlines.
