Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual to provide comprehensive support to the CEO in driving key projects, managing strategic initiatives, and coordinating with the leadership team. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers exposure to all facets of the business, making it ideal for a dynamic individual who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute directly to the company’s strategic execution at the highest level.

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Project & Initiative Management
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects as assigned by the CEO.
  • Drive planning, execution, and monitoring of key business initiatives, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.
  • Consolidate insights, prepare executive reports, and develop recommendations for leadership review.
2. Executive Support & Coordination
  • Support and manage the CEO’s daily priorities, meetings, and action items.
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between the CEO and the leadership team.
  • Prepare presentations, briefs, and documents for internal and external meetings.
  • Support the CEO in preparation for meetings, leadership offsites, and major planning sessions.
3. Leadership Team & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Support department heads in implementing company-wide initiatives.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and interdepartmental dependencies to ensure alignment and progress.
4. Ad-hoc and Confidential Assignments
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Undertake special projects, assignments and tasks directly delegated by the CEO.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience, or strong potential for a Management Trainee track.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Positive energy and a “can-do” attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
