Job description
Main Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Chairman in handling daily administrative and executive affairs, including scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
  2. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  3. Manage document filing and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  4. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chairman.
Job Requirements
  1. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with the ability to handle business communication and correspondence in both languages. The role involves frequent coordination with clients from China and overseas partners.
  2. Willing to undertake business trips to Australia, the United States, Canada, Portugal, France, and other countries as required.
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive secretary or in administrative support for senior management (experience in listed companies or MNCs preferred).
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Possess a professional image, strong interpersonal skills, and a high sense of confidentiality.
  6. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work efficiently.
