The ideal candidate will hold a valid driving license, as occasional transport of the Managing Director and VIP guests will be required. The Role: More Than Just Support

As Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you won’t just manage schedules and logistics — you’ll gain rare insight into how a seasoned leader makes strategic decisions across multiple sectors. The role involves a blend of trade support, operational coordination, administrative assistance, compliance adherence. Candidates need to have a driving license and will have the requirement to send and fetch Director & his VIP guests occasionally. This role is ideal for individuals who are keen to intellectually evolve in the inner workings of a Private Banking & Wealth Management Family Office dealing in Ultra High Networth Individuals.

Working Hours: 2 pm to 11 pm
