What You'll Do
Reports to Head of Training Operations Section in Training Institute. Key role is to manage training administration and supporting course delivery with following responsibilities:
1. Customer & Course Administration
- Handle course enquiries, registrations, and certificate matters.
- Shortlist eligible trainees and assist with letter of acceptance forms.
- Create course runs and monitor class enrolment and status.
- Guide trainees through the enrolment process in the Training Management System (TMS).
- Follow up on course fee payments.
- Manage attendance records, assessments, and evaluation forms.
2. Funding Administration (SkillsFuture Singapore)
- Advise trainees on funding eligibility and grant amounts.
- Support trainees with SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) applications.
- Track and monitor attendance, assessment results, and funding claims.
3. Daily Course Support
- Prepare logistics for class delivery.
- Administer classes and examinations.
- Assist trainers with setup as needed.
4. Class Support (Optional, Based on Schedule)
- Support Saturday classes (average once a month).
- Support weekday evening classes on a rotational basis.
5. Other Duties
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Section.
What You'll Need
- Diploma in any discipline
- Possess at least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Possess good interpersonal communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and good team player who can work with all levels of people in the organization
- Knowledge of training operations work would be an advantage
