A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a dedicated office coordinator to manage various administrative tasks and office operations. The ideal candidate should have a G.C.E ‘A’ level or Diploma, with 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare sector preferred. Responsibilities include maintaining staff records, organizing meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of department activities. Strong proficiency in MS Office is needed, alongside a positive attitude and teamwork abilities.
The incumbent is responsible to coordinate the office operations of the department, maintain office forms and procedures, and assists with administrative tasks. He/she may handle confidential information from time to time and is able to manage documents with strict confidentiality. He/she abides by NUHS core values, puts patients first, and works closely with partners including families, volunteers and organizations.
