Key Responsibilities
Project Governance & Reporting
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of project governance reports, including weekly status packs and action trackers.
  • Document key meeting minutes and ensure follow‑up actions are tracked to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with A&R governance standards and timelines.
Resourcing & Onboarding Support
  • Coordinate onboarding materials and processes for new joiners, including contingent workers.
  • Support oversight of contingent workers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and e‑learning requirements.
  • Work closely with the A&R team and central PMO on resource allocation and utilisation.
Administrative & PMO Support
  • Support the Project Manager and Project Lead with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general PMO activities.
  • Assist with contracting‑related administration and documentation.
Candidate Requirements
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
  • Solid experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working with financial and numerical data.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proactive, self‑starter mindset with good problem‑solving ability.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
