Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support in organizing events, managing travel, and handling administration tasks. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Business Administration or Events Management, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong organisational and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential. Familiarity with digital tools for marketing is a plus. This role may require occasional evening or weekend work for events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administration: receipts, payments, filing, and liaising with vendors/partners.
  • Support finance and compliance (budget preparation, Corppass filings, donor checks).
  • Assist with communications: content preparation, social media, email campaigns, and event promotion.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Events Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or in admin/events coordination.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills; able to take clear meeting minutes.

  • Discreet, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends for events.
