Job summary

A leading architectural firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Executive Architectural Associate to oversee architectural projects from design to completion. Responsibilities include developing design proposals, ensuring statutory compliance, and coordinating with engineers. Ideal candidates must hold a Master's in Architecture and have at least 3 years of experience. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required, and a background in AI applications is beneficial. An Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) will be provided.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Executive Architectural Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of architectural projects, from initial design concepts to project completion and statutory certification. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who can manage multiple projects and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop design proposals for Architecture and Urban Design
  • Carry out design development of projects, ensuring all specifications and client requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, and carrying authority submission.
  • Coordinate with, and incorporate inputs from, Engineers and Specialists
  • Develop tender drawings and specification
  • Assist Team Lead with tender process and contract administration.
  • Conducting periodic on-site construction supervision to ensure work quality and adherence to design specifications.
  • Assisting the management in business development and preparing feasibility studies.

Requirements

  • Master of Architecture recognised by the Singapore Board of Architects.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in design and drafting software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence for architectural application is a plus.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Willing and able to travel for overseas projects.

Compensation: In addition to the base salary, an Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) will be provided.
