Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support to the Hospitality Project division. You will ensure efficient administrative processes, monitor project timelines, and assist with purchasing and licensing tasks. Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties in relation to Hospitality Projects team.
  • Monitor and track project timeline and PM tasks lists.
  • Analyze and report on project risks such as overdue projects.
  • Assist to raise purchase order or purchase requisition using Ariba system.
  • Follow-up on licensing applications and compilation of documents.
  • Coordinate gathering samples and prepare for sign off.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including recording minutes.
  • Track expenses and update cost tracker.
  • Collaboration on presentations and project updates.

Education

Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred

  • Monitor and track project timeline and PM tasks lists
  • Analyze and report on project risks such as overdue projects
  • Assist to raise purchase order or purchase requisition using Ariba system.
  • Follow-up on licensing applications and compilation of documents for submission.
  • Coordination of gathering samples, preparing and obtaining sign off and returning sample as required
  • Carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned
  • Schedule and organized meetings, including recording minutes.
  • Track Expenses and updating cost tracker
  • Collaboration on presentations and project updates meeting
Required Qualifications
  • Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
