• Min 2-3 years of relevant experience in Reinsurance industry handling Reinsurance Technical Accounts.
• Strong analytical skills required for prepared statistics.
• Ability to handle data entry and reconciliation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SOAs for QS and Treaty run off accounts.
• Prepare Statistics and related works.
• Follow up on outstanding balances due from Reinsurers.
• Provide support during month end, quarter end and year end closing activities.

Responsibilities

Outward Treaties

• Prepare SOAs for QS and Treaty run off accounts
• Prepare Statistics and related works

Inward & Retro Treaties

• Data entry of Inward Treaty SOAs
• Prepare Retro SOAs and related works

Credit Control (Retro and Outward Treaty)

• Follow up on outstanding balances due from Reinsurers
• Reconcile and Prepare Payment proposal
• Liaise with Finance dept for payments
• Provide transactions to finance for receipt/payment matching

Others

• Provide support during month end, quarter end and year end closing activities
• Provide support during Treaty renewals
• Note that the above job functions are not fixed and may change in time to time

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder ideally from a numerical discipline
• Min 2-3 years’ relevant experience in Reinsurance industry handling Reinsurance Technical Accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
