Events Support Executive | 1 Year | Jan 2026

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Support (Hari Raya Gathering – March 2026)
  • Assist in the planning and execution of an annual Hari Raya Gathering attended by 400–500 guests.
  • Collaborate with the organizing committee to compile the list of outstanding individuals and guests.
  • Send out invitations, manage RSVPs, and maintain an accurate guest database.
  • Support event day operations, including reception management and guest seating arrangements.
  • Handle administrative and logistical tasks related to the event.
  • Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for departmental operations and meetings.
  • Coordinate meeting materials, room bookings, security access, and parking arrangements.
  • Perform general administrative duties and assist with any ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
  • Prior experience in event coordination or administrative support is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to commit to event‑related work hours during the preparation period and event day.
