You will join the dynamic Sales & Marketing Team to service existing clientele, pitch for events to secure projects and new clients. Your work scope will include conceptualisation of events, customer servicing, event co-ordination, programme planning, and other sales & marketing related activities as reasonably directed.
Main Responsibilities
- Competence - Responsible for producing detailed proposals/quotations and event plans including liaising with clients to ascertain event requirements, conceptualization of themes, proposal writing with concept paper, managing budget, event timeline, identifying and recommending suitable venues, emcees, entertainers, and other related aspects.
- Compliance - Ensuring deadlines and all work processes are adhered to, including costing for all events with detailed recording of receipts and expenditures.
- Creativity - Prepare creative presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Management and Coordination - Interface with other departments, manage external suppliers, contractors, venue providers and all parties involved to ensure smooth coordination and execution of events; coordinate staffing requirements, hire, train, and conduct briefing for all part-timers on event requirements & procedures; liaise with external agencies to ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., Police Entertainment Unit, FSB, BCA); work directly with design team to develop and coordinate all necessary collaterals.
- Service Quality - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering premium service; account servicing including follow-up and handling client enquiries, feedback, last-minute requests, attending meetings, troubleshooting at events, and ensuring that all event requirements and itineraries run smoothly.
