Job description

The Events and Partnerships Manager is a managerial role responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of events that support Antica Foundation’s mission and community impact. This role focuses on creating meaningful programmes that expand outreach to beneficiaries while building strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and key stakeholders. The Manager will oversee events for both Antica Foundation and the beneficiaries, ensuring high-quality delivery, effective collaboration, and alignment with organisational goals.

As the organisation expands its initiatives, the role also involves managing and nurturing partnerships with external entities, corporations and associations. The Events and Partnerships Manager will also help maintain strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring ongoing engagement, clear communication, and mutually beneficial collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Event Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events end-to-end, including concept development, scheduling, budgeting, logistics, and post-event evaluation
  • Brainstorm and initiate event ideas to increase outreach to beneficiaries and engagement with the community
  • Coordinate with internal teams, volunteers, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Support event promotion and stakeholder engagement where required
  • Track event outcomes and prepare post-event summaries and reports
  • Be open to working weekends on event days as required (off-in-lieu will be provided)
  • Open to travel around Singapore for event coordination
Partnership Management
  • Develop, manage, and maintain partnerships with sponsors, community organisations, educational institutions (e.g. universities), and other stakeholders
  • Develop strategic long term partnerships that are streamlined with the vision of the foundation
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and strong working relationships
  • Support partnership planning, agreements, and fulfilment of commitments
  • Represent the organisation at meetings, networking sessions, and partner engagements
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships to support long-term collaboration and organisational goals
