The Event & Client Engagement Executive plays a key role in promoting the company’s products and services through events, roadshows, and outreach activities. This role focuses on engaging potential customers, creating positive brand experiences, and converting event leads into sales opportunities. This is a dynamic, people-facing role suited for individuals who enjoy interacting with the public and achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
Event & Outreach Activities
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional events, roadshows, and marketing activities
  • Represent the brand professionally at events and engage walk-in customers
  • Introduce products and services in a friendly, informative manner
  • Collect leads and customer information during events
Customer Engagement & Sales Support
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
  • Follow up with event leads to convert enquiries into confirmed sales
  • Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat visits and referrals
  • Address customer questions and concerns confidently
Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions
  • Provide basic event performance and sales updates to the team
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve event effectiveness
  • Stay informed about products, promotions, and market trends
Requirements
