We are seeking a seasoned and visionary EUC (End-User Computing) Operations Lead to own and evolve the digital workplace strategy. This is a strategic leadership position where you will be responsible for the entire end-user experience, from defining the technology roadmap to leading the team that delivers exceptional day-to-day support. You will play a critical role in ensuring our EUC services are secure, innovative, and seamlessly integrated, enabling our workforce to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the long‑term EUC strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
- Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing EUC team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
- Service Ownership: Oversee the delivery, management, and lifecycle of all end‑user services, including:
- Desktop & Laptop environments (Windows, macOS)
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI – Citrix, VMware Horizon)
- Mobile Device Management (MDM – Microsoft Intune, Jamf)
- Collaboration & Video Conferencing tools (M365, Teams, Zoom)
- Vendor & Budget Management: Manage vendor relationships, including System Integrators, and oversee the EUC budget, procurement, and hardware/software lifecycle.
- Project Leadership: Oversee critical EUC projects from initiation to delivery, including OS migrations, hardware refresh cycles, and new technology implementations.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all EUC services adhere to strict security policies, compliance standards, and audit requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with IT security, infrastructure, and business leaders to drive innovation and seamless service integration.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 20 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 10 years in leadership roles directly managing EUC/Workplace Services teams.
- Must have proven experience working with or managing System Integrators.
- Deep, hands‑on expertise with core EUC technologies:
- Operating Systems: Windows 11, macOS
- Device Management: Microsoft Intune (must‑have), Jamf (strongly preferred)
- VDI: Citrix and/or VMware Horizon
- Collaboration Suites: Microsoft 365
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget planning and vendor management.
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
