Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Project Equipment Engineer for a permanent role in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage CAPEX budget proposals and oversee the installation and commissioning of new machines for a leading manufacturer. Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Equipment Design and Project Management. Compensation is between $4,500 and $5,500 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 – 5 years of working experience in Equipment Design & Project Management within the Electronics/ Semiconductor Back End Industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects involving CAPEX budget proposals, conceptualisation, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of new machines.
• Develop and review equipment specifications and award purchase orders to suitable suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and manage project timelines and budgets.
