We are employing Advanced Manufacturing Technologies in our Wafer-Level Packaging operations with wide adoption of Automation, AI-enabled inspection and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) as substitute to manual operations.
Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):
Line sustaining and to monitor for any yield loss(overkill) or other quality-related issues like recipe optimization to
reduce under kill and so on
Execute process improvement projects activities, follow up assigned by supervisors/Engineers
Formulates concepts and gains support and commitment for ideas within team.
Communicates with others (Engineering, vendors, cross sites) to solve difficult problems.
Create and review technical documentation including Process Specifications and Work Instructions, Engineering
Change Notices, Material and Equipment Dispositions and OCAP, FMEA, Control Plan and MSA worksheets
Performs root cause analysis on process issues thru the use of standard quality tools (7QC tools, 8D, DMAIC).
Generates and implements corrective actions
Required Experience and Qualifications (Required knowledge, skills and experience---however acquired):
Requires through knowledge of practical applications of concepts, procedures and guidelines to solve extremely complex problems.
Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Entry Level)
Knowledge in Tape and reel operations
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Independent self-starter to drive to meet operation goals
High level of commitment and passion
