A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a customer service representative to manage phone and email enquiries. You will ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate responses while maintaining comprehensive records in the CRM system. Candidates should hold at least 'A' Levels or a Diploma and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. This is a full-time, 6-month contract position with a completion bonus offered.
You will attend to phone/email enquiries from our customers, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre’s high level of accessibility and supporting the preparation and delivery of service requests for customers and distribution partners.
