Job description

As a Team Assistant/Secretary, you will play a pivotal role to support various aspects of business operations as the business grow and scale. Team Assistant role to report and train by Executive Assistant. You will be rotated among various business functions such as but not limited to:

  1. Internal Hiring
  2. Business Development
  3. Administration/Human Resource
  4. Customer Service/Success
  5. Brand Management
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team developing various projects.
  • Administrative duties such as arranging meetings, filings, updating records, handling mail, preparing training equipment, communicating with all team members and support Customer Service/Success, Customer Relations and etc.
  • Responsible for internal hiring
  • Provide assistance to the team and potential to be a seasoned secretary in time to come.
  • Perform a variety of private and sensitive secretarial, administrative, or executive support activities.
  • Support the go-to-market activities to ensure successful launch and continuity growth.
  • Build relationship with external parties for expanding brand awareness and raise business opportunities.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks, projects and/or confidential matters as assigned by a Supervisor.
