The Role
We''re hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to lead Growth as Growth Lead, owning strategy, execution standards, and qualified meeting outcomes delivered to clients. You''ll manage the Growth team to achieve or exceed monthly targets, develop and refine data-driven playbooks, coach reps on high-impact multichannel execution, monitor funnel health, and drive continuous improvements — ensuring outreach runs predictably and scalably. You focus on leadership, systems, and team accountability — not personal prospect outreach. Report to the CEO (Integrator); high-ownership role with entrepreneurial upside.
Day 30 – Team baseline targets met; playbooks audited/refined; coaching cadence established; funnel health dashboard live.
Day 60 – Monthly meeting targets exceeded; cost-per-meeting reduced; systemic gaps fixed; team execution standards elevated.
Day 90 – Growth function predictable at scale; team delivers without constant oversight; Rocks completed with measurable client pipeline uplift.
Competitive base + monthly performance bonus tied to client delivery outputs (qualified meetings booked by team, conversion rates, cost-per-meeting reduction — details during process). Remote setup stipend, paid learning resources, ATLAS Academy access.
