Cynopsis Solutions Pte Ltd is a growing RegTech SaaS company providing compliance, risk, and regulatory technology solutions to financial institutions, fintechs, and regulated enterprises across Asia. We are expanding our enterprise sales team to support regional growth.
We are looking for Enterprise Sales Professionals with experience selling B2B SaaS / RegTech / FinTech solutions to large and mid‑market clients. You will be responsible for driving new enterprise sales, account expansion, and long‑term customer relationships.
Multiple seniority levels are open (Senior / Lead / Manager), depending on experience.
Drive new enterprise customer acquisition and manage the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing).
Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level, compliance, risk, IT, and procurement stakeholders.
Develop and execute account and territory sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
Work closely with pre‑sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates.
Stay informed on regulatory trends, market developments, and competitor landscape.
5+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales (SaaS, RegTech, FinTech, AML/KYC, Risk, Compliance, Data, or similar).
Proven track record in closing enterprise or strategic accounts.
Strong consultative and solution‑selling skills.
Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex buying cycles.
Experience selling to banks, financial institutions, fintechs, or regulated enterprises is a strong advantage.
Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑growing environment.
Regional sales experience across ASEAN / APAC.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Familiarity with AML, KYC, sanctions, transaction monitoring, or regulatory reporting solutions.
