A leading technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Business Development professional to manage enterprise accounts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in Healthcare or Manufacturing sectors. Responsibilities include engaging with senior decision-makers, executing account strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers competitive opportunities for growth within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers within assigned industry verticals
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
Execute account strategies to expand revenue and solution adoption
Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior decision‑makers and functional leaders
Understand customer priorities and align solutions to business and operational needs
Position enterprise solutions to address customer challenges and long‑term objectives
Lead discussions around value creation, efficiency, and transformation initiatives
Partner with internal teams such as presales, marketing, and technical support to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
Coordinate with external partners to support implementation and delivery
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
Track account progress and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred
At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or key account management
Prior exposure to Healthcare or Manufacturing environments is advantageous
Experience selling technology, automation, AV, or enterprise solutions
