Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care such as vital signs monitoring, wound care, hygiene assistance, and daily patient needs.
• Administer oral medications and treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or clinician.
• Assist in patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring proper documentation and continuity of care.
• Support patient mobility, feeding, and rehabilitation activities while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Observe, report, and escalate changes in patients’ conditions to the nursing team promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, infection‑control standards, and proper management of equipment and supplies within the ward or care area.

• Valid Singapore Nursing Board practising certificate
