Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and oversee technical operations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical expertise in construction materials, and a passion for sustainable building solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the engineering team to ensure project efficiency and high-quality deliverables.

• Oversee technical operations, including material delivery, quality control, and technical support for contractors.

• Develop and implement engineering processes and best practices to optimize workflow and improve project outcomes.

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure technical requirements are met.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and environmental guidelines.

• Provide technical guidance and support for new product development and sustainable construction solutions.

• Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation for projects and technical approvals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction materials, project management, or engineering operations.

• Strong knowledge of ALC panels, cork products, or other sustainable building materials is an advantage.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
