Job description

• Supervise and coordinate: Oversee facilities maintenance activities for preventive and corrective works, ensuring timely and effective execution.

• Manage the team: Lead a team of technicians and technical officers for smooth operations, focusing on M&E and ACMV systems.

• Liaise with sub-contractors: Coordinate with vendors on projects, maintenance, repairs, and overhauls, ensuring seamless collaboration.

• Conduct inspections: Regularly inspect building premises, systems, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Respond to requests: Attend to and resolve users' requests and feedback on fault issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Perform routine inspections: Check electrical facilities and services, maintaining proper maintenance checklists.

• Assist with safety: Support the safety team with risk assessments in line with Workplace Safety and Health policies.
