Job description
Responsibilities
  • Participate actively in EHSS activities (E.g., EHS monthly report, hazards and unsafe conditions).
  • Schedule and Maintain housekeeping in work area and ensure compliance of site safety regulations to prevent accidents.
  • Ensure compliance of company EHS & local EHS Legislations.
  • Support Mechanical and or Electrical Team in repair work when necessary
  • Responsible to scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment with utilizing in-house maintenance system.
  • Assist preventive and predictive maintenance work if required.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair equipment, redesign and improve the equipment for better capability and performance.
  • Monitor and keep track on equipment status and performance.
  • Monitor and ensure work order execution and completion.
  • Monitor improvement projects implementation and liaise with vendors/contractors on scope of work.
  • Lead, keep track and replenish of spare part and inventory usage to maintain spare part / inventory control.
  • Participate in, compile and share Root Cause Failure Analysis and ensure action follow-up to prevent recurrence of breakdowns.
  • Coordinate OJT in the team. Conduct on-the-job training and assessment for new technicians and complete all required certification forms as and when required by the company.
  • Prepare, compile, review and revise SOP, OJT, JHA, cause & effect diagram and other training materials when needed.
  • Identify opportunity and drive continuous improvements in cost saving, quality and yield
  • Delegate Daily Work Orders/assignments during the absence of O&M Manager
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 4 years relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting capital expenses.
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
