NLCS (Singapore) is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior School Emotional Guidance Counsellor to join the school from August 2026. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students’ emotional wellbeing, resilience, and personal development within a high-achieving and caring school environment.
The Counsellor will provide one-to-one support for students, offer advice and guidance to staff and parents, and contribute to the school’s wellbeing strategy through workshops, assemblies, and proactive initiatives. They will work closely with the Vice Principal (Pastoral), Designated Safeguarding Lead, and the wider pastoral team to ensure every student feels safe, supported, and able to flourish.
Candidates should hold a recognised counselling qualification and have experience working with young people in an educational or clinical setting. Familiarity with safeguarding practices and international school environments is essential.
