The eligibility criteria for the 3-Year EMT Contract role include:
Possesses Class 3/3A Driving License with more than 1-year validity, as successful applicants will be required to drive an ambulance that requires either a Class 3 or 3A license.
GCE N Level and above.
Applicants with NS obligations must be medically classified as PES C2 or above.
For Pre-enlistees, there will be a 5-year Minimum Term of Engagement (MTE) bond in lieu of the National Service’s obligation.

Successful applicants will receive a $6,000 sign-on bonus (subject to eligibility), with officers also having the chance to secure full-time employment and an additional $24,000 sign-on bonus (subject to eligibility) upon emplacement as a Fire and Rescue Specialist or Paramedic Specialist.
