  • For Pre-enlistees, there will be a 5-year Minimum Term of Engagement (MTE) bond in lieu of the National Service’s obligation.

Sign-On Bonus

Successful applicants will receive a $6,000 sign-on bonus (subject to eligibility), with officers also having the chance to secure full-time employment and an additional $24,000 sign-on bonus (subject to eligibility) upon emplacement as a Fire and Rescue Specialist or Paramedic Specialist.
