Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients via phone and upfront enquiries.
• Collect payment/deposits and provide Financial Counselling for admissions.
• Liaise closely with Bed Management Unit for bed acquisition.
• Obtain Specialist Outpatient Clinic appointments for patients.
• Sort documents for dispatch to Medical Records Office.
• Extend excellent customer service to patients and relatives.
• Replenish inventory when stock is low.
