Qualifications

• Knowledge of embroidery digitizing software such as Tajima DG, Pulse, Wilcom, etc.
• Knowledge of vector-based software such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Self-motivated and disciplined individual.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct embroidery software training to customers.
• Provide post-training support on digitizing issues.
• Design and digitize embroidery files from artwork.
• Test and modify embroidery files for quality.
