Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Maintain and update customer and product data in CRM/ERP systems.
• Monitor inventory availability and flag opportunities or risks.
• Generate weekly sales reports and track KPIs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for on-time delivery.
• Follow up on pending orders and discrepancies.
