Job description

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning and provide user training.
• Attend service calls and provide on-site technical support.
• Maintain coordination with customers regarding technical matters and developments.
• Prepare detailed technical service reports for every job performed.
• Travel overseas for job assignment or training.
• To provide technical service and maintenance work for projects as well as existing customers.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by Superior.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting, minor repair on customer equipment.
• To install, service, support, upgrade and maintain equipment.
• Understand system parameters and interactions to allow process development and electro‑mechanical troubleshooting on the equipment.
• To perform a variety of moderate to complex assignments, diagnose equipment problems and make repairs and adjustments.
• To support the team in meeting customers’ expectations and company’s expectations.
• To write technical reports and handle specific jigs during service jobs.

Requirements

• Professional Certificate, Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, or relevant discipline.
• Preferably with technical/hands‑on experience.
• Good command in English plus other lanuage to liaise with multilingual associates.
• Flexible, responsive, and able to work long and irregular hours if required.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team‑based environment.
• Possess a high level of integrity, a self‑motivated personality and a willing to learn attitude.
• Willing to travel overseas India and other branch of the company.
