- Sat: 8.00am – 12.00pm
Salary Range: $2,500 – $4,500
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage electrical projects to ensure full compliance with specifications, safety standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Read and interpret design schematics, drawings, and technical documents for accurate execution of works.
- Plan and manage resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Supervise and lead the site team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance as required.
- Conduct inspections and functional testing of electrical systems and equipment to verify quality and regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues promptly and implement effective corrective measures.
- Monitor daily site activities, prepare progress reports, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Conduct safety briefings, enforce safe work practices, and ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols.
- Oversee procurement, stock control, and inventory management of electrical materials and equipment.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Drive continual improvement in project execution, team competencies, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in electrical supervision or project handling.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations, autocad drawing skills
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as lead a team effectively.
- Responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
