Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: 5.5 days/week

• Mon–Fri: 8.00am – 5.00pm
• Sat: 8.00am – 12.00pm

Salary Range: $2,500 – $4,500

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects to ensure full compliance with specifications, safety standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
• Read and interpret design schematics, drawings, and technical documents for accurate execution of works.
• Plan and manage resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Supervise and lead the site team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance as required.
• Conduct inspections and functional testing of electrical systems and equipment to verify quality and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues promptly and implement effective corrective measures.
• Monitor daily site activities, prepare progress reports, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Conduct safety briefings, enforce safe work practices, and ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols.
• Oversee procurement, stock control, and inventory management of electrical materials and equipment.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Drive continual improvement in project execution, team competencies, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in electrical supervision or project handling.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and project management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations, autocad drawing skills
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as lead a team effectively.
• Responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
