Responsibilities

• Create document submission & material submission list and prepare submissions.
• Design & review drawings and documents for timely submission to clients.
• Monitor submissions & follow up with customers for timely approval.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for necessary project materials.
• Coordinate with team for site activities, installation, testing, and reporting.
• Prepare progress claims and maintain progress claim summary report.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for successful project execution.

Job description

Looking for electrical project engineers

Job scope:

1. Create document submission & material submission list and prepare submissions.
2. Design & review drawings and documents for timely submission to clients.
3. Monitor submissions & follow up with customers for timely approval of documents & materials.
4. Prepare purchase requisitions for necessary project materials and coordinate with purchasing team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
5. Coordinate with superintendent, construction manager, and site supervisor for site activities, installation, testing, commissioning, and progress reporting.
6. Prepare progress claims timely, follow up for approval, and maintain progress claim summary report.
7. Escalate challenges/issues to project manager & management for timely resolution.
8. Collaborate with clients, consultants, owners, third parties, suppliers, and internal teams for successful project execution.
9. Perform pre-punch list walkthroughs with project manager and superintendent.
10. Collect all handover & completion documents.
11. Manage & comply with workplace safety & health regulations during project execution.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Saturday 8:30 am - 12 pm
