Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a qualified candidate to coordinate construction projects. This role involves working with customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with engineering designs and standards. A minimum diploma in Electrical Engineering and 3 years of experience in M&E contracting are required. • Possess Certificate of ISO Internal Quality Auditor & Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course.

Responsibilities

• Attend client and internal meetings.
• Create shop drawings, work schedules, and monitor site progress.
• Explore new technologies and methods to improve productivity.

Job description

Our Client:

• Construction Industry
• Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.15pm
• Central
• UP $6,000 Basic + VB + Allowances

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers, the main contractor, and suppliers/subcontractors.
• Attend client and internal meetings.
• Prevent delays and rework through clear communication.
• Ensure engineering designs and work comply with codes and standards.
• Monitor material and installation quality against the ISO quality plan.
• Identify and correct non-conforming products or work.
• Create shop drawings, work schedules, and monitor site progress.
• Manage materials and equipment to reduce waste.
• Assist the manager with daily planning, safety, and quality.
• Explore new technologies and methods to improve productivity.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Min. Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Min. 3 years of working experience in M&E Contracting environment.

Knowledgeable in ISO 9000, 14001, 45001.

Possess Certificate of ISO Internal Quality Auditor & Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course.
