Job Description
- Design, develop, and debug Electrical systems with proper shielded systems to ensure the pump, the high voltage, RF system, grounding system, and Plasma generator working properly and safely.
- Select proper sensors and actuators for temperature, current, voltage, positions, gas flow, etc.
- Design and develop the control connections, safety interlock systems, and PLC IO modules.
- Pass the electrical system certification.
- Conduct design, simulations and analyses to validate the power distribution and control panels and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Ensure accurate data acquisition and feedback mechanisms for real-time control.
- Selects OEM components and materials for power distribution box/control panel design
- Creates and releases engineering drawings & bill of materials using engineering change management process
- Creates, update electrical schematics, system, and BOM list, based on requirements
- Create and optimize quality check requirements for electrical, sensing, and actuator parts.
- Works with multidisciplinary engineering design teams to design and modify custom and OEM system components.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic design and development in semiconductor equipment
- RF generator (400kHz /13.5MHz) application experience, and deal with other RF related issues.
- Hands-on experience in electrical schematic diagram, voltage circuit design for power and control.
- Familiar with system level knowledge of Electrical architecture, design and certification of IO Controllers and Applications.
- Knowledgeable in CAD tools like PCAD, ORCAD, ZUKEN or equivalent CAD packages for circuit design & simulation.
- Good understanding of different standards and compliances like – NEC, NFPA 79, UL 508A, IEC standard, SEMI Standard (Electrical) - S2, S8, S22 etc.
- Ability to navigate a dynamic and at times ambiguous environment that requires frequent multitasking, prioritization, and a proactive mentality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of internal partners, team members, and suppliers.
- Self-starting individual, with ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Proven relationship management skills, including navigating the organization and influencing decisions.
