Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) frameworks by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct monthly dialogue sessions with EHS team members.
• Design and implement programs to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Monitor health and safety metrics, analyzing trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop relationships and engage relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive EHS strategy.
• Lead and mentor project teams fostering a proactive safety culture.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on EHS risks.
• Ensure compliance with all EHS regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular audits to identify potential hazards.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the design of EHS training programs.
• Promote EHS awareness and accountability at all levels.
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies.
• Prepare and present EHS performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams for EHS considerations.
