Responsibilities

  • Attend to all walk-in customers and respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
  • Handle registration and course changes for new and existing students.
  • Maintain the student management system and perform regular audits.
  • Prepare invoices and collect payments.
  • Maintain petty cash and prepare daily collection reports.
  • Support teachers with materials and class management.
