Job summary

A leading E-Commerce company in Singapore is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive the digital strategy and growth across various platforms. You will oversee the full P&L, lead negotiations, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize performance. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce within FMCG or beauty, alongside a deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics.

ABOUT THE ROLE

FineToday Singapore is accelerating its digital footprint. To fuel this expansion, we're hiring a trailblazing E-Commerce Manager - a creator, a strategist, and a builder - to lead our e-commerce ecosystem across marketplaces, retailer.com, and social commerce.

This is a newly created role with full ownership. You will architect the long-term e-commerce blueprint for some of Japan's most iconic beauty brands, while also rolling up your sleeves to execute, experiment, and move at the speed of the platforms. Expect high visibility, a steep growth curve, and the freedom to shape what the future of beauty e-commerce looks like for FineToday.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
1. Full E-Commerce P&L Leadership
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the E-Commerce P&L across all channels.
  • Lead commercial negotiations (trading terms, commissions, co-op budgets, mega-campaign deals) with platforms and agencies.
  • Set, monitor, and steer annual and monthly sales targets with precision.
  • Partner with Sales to define pricing strategy and protect brand equity.
  • Continuously evaluate brand and platform performance to uplift growth, profitability, and ROI.
2. Platform Excellence & Growth Acceleration
  • Spearhead growth across retailer.com, marketplaces, and social commerce (TikTok Shop, IG, etc.).
  • Build platform business plans mapped to key moments : new product launches, category trends, mega campaigns.
  • Drive premium visibility : search share, banner dominance, live events, and flash sale windows.
  • Lift core KPIs-conversion rate, AOV, traffic, add-to-cart, repeat purchase.
  • Own storefront health : listings, enhanced content, SEO, rating / review uplift, and brand page optimization.
  • Support livestream strategy with creators and platform partners.
3. Digital Marketing & Creator Partnerships
  • Oversee digital budgets across marketplace ads, search, display, affiliates, influencers, and vouchers.
  • Push for best-in-class ROAS and CPA performance.
  • Unlock new growth opportunities through bundles, brand collaborations, creator-led campaigns, and emerging platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand storytelling across every digital touchpoint.
  • Lead creative execution (banners, thumbnails, brand stores) with agency support.
  • Discover and nurture promising creators to widen brand reach and spark conversation.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership & Operational Alignment
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and agencies to land a unified channel plan.
  • Ensure perfect S&OP alignment : availability, forecasts, WOS, campaign readiness.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and agency teams on returns, chat handling, and performance metrics to avoid penalties.
  • Ensure inventory readiness, WOS health, and smooth execution for big calendar moments.
  • Champion digital excellence and influence internal stakeholders with data-driven insights.
  • Preparation of monthly report and as and when needed.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Min 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce, ideally with FMCG or Beauty.
  • Proven track record scaling e-commerce for brand owners (not just marketplace experience).
  • Deep understanding of's e-commerce dynamics, platforms, and consumer behaviour.
  • Passionate about beauty, skincare, and haircare - and the culture around it.
  • Analytical, strategic, and highly comfortable with data.
