Role

Head of GTAP eCommerce is a senior leadership position within the Lenovo AP eCommerce division that reports directly to the GM/Executive Director of AP eCommerce/Direct Sales.

This role leads the online/direct sales over ASEAN, HK, TW, Korea + ANZ.

Currently GTAP region has established eCommerce business and leaders to own P&L of each respective country; this role is to supervise these leaders to drive the business to achieve targeted unit (market share), revenue, gross margin as well as pre-tax income.

The major levers to control this business are pricing, site merchandising, online/offline marketing with spending authorization, product selection, HC capacity control but not restricted to these items.

Key Interactions
  • GTAP Vice President and CFO
  • Country Managers of GTAP countries, GMs of indirect sales divisions – for alignment of sales strategies
  • Leaders in supply chain, post-sales support, brand marketing and 4P management
  • AP eCommerce Sales Ops Manager, who consolidates/manages strategies, financials, and analytics
  • eCommerce 4P team and merchandising team (own team)
  • Global web production team
  • Global eCommerce teams with subject matter expertise for effective utilization of consistency and best practice sharing
Requirements

Must Have

  • 15+ years of experience in driving D2C business (Lenovo.com)
  • Leadership experience in eCommerce business (driving sales via Internet)
  • Sales target ownership (preferably P&L)
  • People management (coaching, hiring, mentoring, organization structuring)

Good to Have

  • General Manager experience with P&L ownership
  • Experience in eCommerce demand generation (media planning, campaign planning, expense management, agency management)
  • 4P management
