• Create a learning environment where learners engage in ongoing learning and reflection.
• Communicate and cooperate with staff and parents to support success.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs, including EAL learners.
• Arrange the classroom and materials according to school guidelines and maintain attractive displays to enhance the learning environment.
• Organise external learning opportunities, such as outdoor learning trips.
• Assess, track, and report on progress and behaviour, providing feedback and setting improvement goals.
• Prepare and present class assemblies and grade-level performances or productions.
• Contribute to the extracurricular programme (ECAs)
• Provide pastoral care and support for learners, ensuring their well-being.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour, ensuring learners' health and safety, and use positive reinforcement in line with school policies.
