Clinical Application Specialist (Pharma MNC, Cardiology, Trade conference) #HVW

Responsibilities

• Deliver Clinical Applications Training to customers
• Develop and conduct clinical application training to ensure that the customers can safely and effectively use the system maximizing image quality and productivity
• Support trade shows and conferences by performing product demonstrations
• Implement and manage customer specific account strategies to drive utilization
• Troubleshoot product issues on/off sites and identify any product usability issues
• Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate functions in the company
• Support the Sales team by demonstrating our products to potential customers

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Biomedical Engineering / Science / Radiography / Nursing / other relevant courses
• Experience in the medical industry is preferred
• Excellent presentation skills
