Job Responsibilities
- Website Management:
- Maintain and update the online cake store website, ensuring product listings, descriptions, and images are accurate, appealing, and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to enhance the website's user interface and user experience, focusing on seamless navigation and mobile responsiveness.
- Product Management:
- Oversee the product catalog, including adding new cakes, updating pricing, and managing inventory levels.
- Monitor product performance and sales trends, making recommendations for promotions, discounts, or discontinuations based on data analysis.
- Content Creation:
- Create engaging and persuasive product descriptions, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each cake.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop captivating visuals, such as images and videos, to showcase the cakes and attract customer attention.
- Customer Experience:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels (email, live chat, social media) to provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Implement and optimize a user-friendly checkout process, minimizing friction and abandoned carts.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute online campaigns, including seasonal promotions, special offers, and email marketing initiatives.
