A growing perfume and beauty company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting, supporting both offline and online sales operations, and ensuring compliance with local accounting standards. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Accounting or Finance and 1–3 years of experience, with proficiency in accounting software and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations.
