As an E-Commerce Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the E-Commerce Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our online store. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage order processing, inventory management, and website maintenance. You will be responsible for updating product listings, monitoring inventory levels, and assisting in the execution of digital marketing campaigns. Your ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide technical support will be essential in optimizing our e-commerce operations. We are looking for a proactive team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our e-commerce initiatives.
Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and update the e-commerce platform with accurate stock information. Assist in inventory audits and manage stock replenishment to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Website Maintenance: Assist in updating product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing on the e-commerce platform. Ensure the website content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
Data Entry and Reporting: Enter and maintain accurate data in the e-commerce system, including customer information and order details. Generate weekly reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to support decision-making.
Marketing Support: Assist in the execution of digital marketing efforts, including SEO maintenance, email marketing, social media, and promotions. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing insights for improvement.
Technical Support: Provide basic technical support for the e-commerce platform, troubleshooting minor issues and escalating complex problems to the IT team. Assist in the integration and maintenance of third-party tools and services.
Collaboration: Work closely with the E-Commerce Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business goals. Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.
