Job description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operations Associate to support our Amazon and 3PL operations. You’ll play a key role in keeping inventory accurate, ensuring smooth fulfillment, and supporting sales initiatives through Amazon Seller Central.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and optimize inventory health by regularly reviewing inventory reports, reconciling stock discrepancies, and managing reimbursement cases for lost or damaged inventory.
  • Assist in generating inbound plans to Amazon and 3PL warehouses.
  • Oversee inbound shipments to Amazon and 3PL warehouses, ensuring accurate receiving and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Assist in set up price discounts, promotions, and deal campaigns within Amazon Seller Central to support sales objectives.
  • Review and validate fulfillment orders, ensuring smooth processing and timely customer deliveries.
  • Verify stock movements across 3PL warehouses and align with internal records to maintain accuracy.
  • Coordinate with 3PL providers to submit, track, and resolve claims related to shipment issues, ensuring accountability and timely recovery.
  • Investigate and resolve operational exceptions including lost packages, damaged shipments, and billing discrepancies, minimizing financial and service impacts.
  • Generate and maintain regular operational reports on inventory health, reconciliation progress, fulfillment accuracy, and promotional effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, e-commerce, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or in a related field.
  • Solid understanding of Amazon FBA workflows, including inbound shipments, reconciliation, and case management, will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central/FBA workflows (inbound shipments, inventory reconciliation) is a plus; training will be provided.
  • Exposure to working with 3PL partners, carriers, warehouse operations, or inventory tracking systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to interpret inventory and sales reports.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking associates and partners.
  • Effective communication skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
