We’re looking for an E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support our Click & Collect Counter.

📍 Location: Millenia Walk

🕐 Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Must Work on Both Weekends & PH)

🕐 Operating Hours: 10:30AM - 9:30PM

Attend to customers at the Click & Collect Counter on enquiries, concerns and requests regarding ecommerce orders. Maintain and provide good customer service levels at all times to fulfill customers’ ecommerce orders.

Support the eCommerce operations team in the processing of ecommerce orders and returns from customers.

Working with retail and third-party delivery partners to ensure all orders and returns are fulfilled.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Click & Collect centre.
