Job description

Key information about this role:

  • This is a part-time role.
  • The role is part of the e-commerce team in Decathlon Singapore, reporting to the e-Commerce Operations Leader of Singapore Lab.
  • We consider only Singapore Citizens / Singapore PR for this role.

Decathlon has been present in Singapore since 2013, with the first store in Bedok in 2016. Our mission is to make sports accessible to everyone and satisfy customers, which has led to rapid expansion. Currently, we have 6 Experience stores and 9 Click & Collect stores in Singapore. We seek sports-passionate talent who enjoy thinking outside the box and innovating in retail and omni-channel operations.

Responsibilities

  • Team Player: Ensure smooth e-commerce operations, including picking, packing, order management, and control tower activities. Meet delivery KPIs and prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Operations: Focus on operational excellence by improving processes, enhancing supply chain efficiency, and monitoring logistics KPIs to evaluate 3PL performance.
  • Innovate to improve overall operational efficiency as e-commerce evolves.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen operations and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Customer Service: Work closely with the Customer Service team to identify areas for improvement, maintaining customer loyalty through Decathlon's policies.
  • Project Driven: Contribute to Singapore Lab's e-commerce projects, including C02 optimization, sustainability initiatives, supplier management, and dashboard development.
