A digital marketing firm in Singapore seeks a Live Stream Coordinator to manage streams on Shopee and TikTok. Responsibilities include executing schedules, managing influencers, coordinating marketing efforts, and monitoring competitor pricing. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in e-commerce or social commerce, understands the TikTok Shop and Shopee tools, and has strong analytical skills. This role is pivotal in driving traffic and optimizing conversions during live broadcasts.
Platform Strategy: execute high-frequency live stream schedules specifically for Shopee Live and TikTok Live, optimizing for each platform's unique algorithm and peak traffic hours.
Streamer Management: Scout, recruit, and manage a roster of full-time and freelance hosts who specialize in the TikTok and Shopee ecosystems.
Traffic & Conversion: Coordinate with the marketing team to drive traffic to streams using platform tools (e.g., Shopee Coins, TikTok Ads, Flash Deals) and ensure high retention and conversion rates during the broadcast.
TikTok-First Seeding: Prioritize seeding products to TikTok creators who can go live or post short-form videos that link directly to our TikTok Shop.
Campaign Management: Manage the end-to-end flow of sending PR kits to influencers and tracking their deliverables (UGC, posts, or live stream guest appearances).
Creator Scouting: Find UGC creators to produce authentic "hook-driven" videos suitable for TikTok ads and Shopee video feeds.
Briefing: Guide creators on current trends to ensure content feels native to the TikTok/Shopee environment (e.g., unboxing, try-ons, testimonials).
Cross-Platform Pricing: Manage and synchronize pricing tiers across Shopee, Lazada, and the Brand Website. Ensure pricing is competitive while protecting margins.
Live-Exclusive Offers: Design specific pricing mechanics for live streams (e.g., "Live-only price," "Voucher drops") to create urgency without disrupting the standard pricing on Lazada or the Website.
Competitor Monitoring: Track competitor pricing and live activities on Shopee and TikTok to stay ahead of market trends.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce or Social Commerce. Must have specific experience with TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.
Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the TikTok Shop Seller Center and Shopee Seller Centre, specifically the live streaming dashboards and affiliate tools.
Network: Preference for candidates who already have a network of TikTok creators or live stream hosts.
Analytical Skills: Ability to read live stream data (concurrent viewers, click-through rate, GMV) and adjust strategies in real-time.
Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with inventory management and pricing structures across multiple marketplaces (including Lazada).
